Jeniffer Viscarra is a Family Law attorney and is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.  As a trained mediator, Ms. Viscarra’s practice is focused on leading parties to compromise whenever possible, especially in cases where there are children, for whom civility between the parents is essential.  By helping divorcing couples mediate their differences, Ms. Viscarra is able to guide them through a difficult time efficiently and effectively. Ms. Viscarra is also experienced in immigration law and is able to advise her clients on the impact family law matters may have on their immigration status and or processes.   Ms. Viscarra is an adjunct professor at Florida International University.
