Jonathan Leder is a native New Yorker who now resides in South Florida.  He specializes in tax structuring for real estate transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leder was in-house counsel for a major real estate developer in Lower Manhattan.  Mr. Leder has extensive experience writing condominium offering plans, structuring complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, and advising on tax implications and abatements.  He is also a contributing author of Tucker’s Treatise, Tax Planning for Real Estate Transactions, a foremost authority on the subject.
